Is it illegal to work in the government and have an IQ higher than 5? Did I ask something like this before? I may have, and it sure seems like it.
I guess than makes Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Cynthia McKinney, Bernie Sanders and all those other exceptions technically illegal, but I won't tell anyone if you wont.
