This bothers me, and yes I have issues on this too. My room mate is mostly Irish, and looks 100%. The one I am working with/for sans payment is about as close to 100% as you can get. I'm not genetically Irish, but my soul is.
No further comment on this, but for an intense grudge holder like me; I'm sure you can imagine.
