I believe it. There's another link somewhere that stated the cops brought the Molotov cocktails. I think these guys are innocent. I'd go as far to say I KNOW these guys are innocent. These set-ups happen all the time. I guess someone wanted to make sure they met quota this month? The cops also lie like rugs all the time. And this time, there's a HUGE agenda.
