I am a Georgia Guidestone fan. We are destroying the planet, and I know damn well the industrialised world with the lowest population growth is the worst offender. I think birth control should be advocated there more than anything. I remember a less crowded world with less traffic and more open space, and it was a lot nicer, but I don't agree with what is being done.
I think both potential parents should want each child. If one does not, get rid of it; though it might have been a good idea to do something about it before the issue of abortion came up. I think sterilisation, birth control and abortion should be there on demand, but if the baby is wanted, forced abortion is the last thing that should be done.
Our planet is a mess, and we are killing other life forms off like crazy not only from over-hunting like what we did with the dodo and the quagga, but through crap like the BP spill, Fukushima, all the radiation testing we've done, the internal combustion engine, other oil spills, Exxon Valdez, factory output, litter, pharma crap in people urine, and on and on and on and on. . .
I don't believe in killing us off as they are with toxic drugs, wars, starvation, and all that. I really do think it should be voluntary as to how many of those vile crotch droppings people have, but I would demand responsibility of those who had the infernal little spawn. You had it, YOU will take care of it! OK, and I'd also limit the number either can have to 3 live ones. I think that's enough. A little more reasonable than China, no?
If I were dictator, I'd implement universal education, and all laws and opportunities would apply to all individuals equally, and there would be a HELL of a lot fewer of those laws. The main one would be the 'do ye no harm, do as ye will' thing. I would also make it against the law to take away anyone's individual sovereignty. There would be no slavery of any type, nor would there be a monetary system. If someone acted in a psychopathic manner, EXILE; like what some First Nations folk did. Mark them in a way that all recognise by date, and kick them out of 'civilisation' for a couple of years. All will recognise the mark, and not allow them to live with them for the proper time, and if they live, give 'em another chance. Two strikes, and you're out. If you do it again, you are exiled for good. If the victim kills you, oh well. We would also live WITH the world, and not modify it into destruction as we are doing now. I'd have mass tree plantings, and all.
No more factory farming. You want to eat it, YOU kill it; be the animal hunted, or raised for food. Food is the main reason you will kill an animal, and the hide or fur is an afterthought. Well, of course you can also kill an animal in self-defence, or euthanise, or cull a problem animal since they won't understand if you tell them they are exiled, but hey. I could write a book on this, but I won't.
However, I'm not dictator of the world; and my idea of paradise ain't happenin', so I guess I'll close off now.
