I got replaced by them at a high paying job I used to have. Oh well. They weren't responsible. My employer was. It was a corrupt, niche, company that was into friends and family. The company no longer exists, but I feel no resentment. It was an uncomfortable working environment where you froze in the winter, cooked in the summer, and if anyone knew what they did, a few people would be in jail.
I'm still laughing over some of it.
I knew quite a few illegals. I didn't care about their immigration status. They were nice people, and what's it to me? They're out of my life, but I hope life was/is kind to them.
