YOU TURN YOURSELF INTO THE BIGGEST LIABILITY YOU CAN BE! If you're trapped in a situation, you just make sure you cost the offending party or situation as much as possible. Of course you do have to consider consequences, but for those who are aware they have nothing to lose, the sky's the limit.
