That would be Heliogabalus.
Very few have heard about him, but he is an entertaining one to research. I learnt aboot him accidently a few years back. He wasn't the worst, but he was pretty bad. Still, Gaius Germanicus , Commodus and Nero made him look like Mother Theresa.
