Nature Valley is the only one I gotta remember. I never buy any of the other crap, anyway. They were on my previous boycott list for having GMO ingredients, or giving money to the anti-GMO labelling group. It's easy to boycott these. Everything has an alternative, not to mention a lot of this stuff tastes like CRAP. To one who cooks from scratch a lot these days, anyway. I specialise in East Asian/Mediterranean hybrid. I go easy on the salt. I HATE oversalted food, which so much processed garbage is. It works.
