Canola Oil is Not What You Think

I can't avoid this crap completely, but when I cook from scratch, that stuff ain't near me.  I only use olive and sesame.  The sesame I don't heat.  I only put that in salads, or on/in after it's cooked.  Goes great in soups.  Do NOT go out of your way for this garbage!
