Last time I was in debt, it was for a student load of $2,500. I was 19. I paid it early, and paid $18.00 interest on it. If I can't afford it, I don't buy it. I was never stupid enough to get a credit card or play the keep up with the Joneses games. Vanity ain't in my vocalberry. (I meant vocabulary, for those of you not in on the word games.) I'm cheap to maintain. Never bought a car, never even dreamed of owning a house you can't own in the u.s.. But for those of you not in my position. . .
