I'm under the impression if you cut open your first sore, apply tea tree oil and hydrogen peroxide, you will kill it. My flat mate got it, I touched him, and I got a sore similar to his sores. I did what I suggested, and didn't catch it. Of course this isn't proof but a theory, but no harm in tryin' it if. . .
