Still, I question the last few paragraphs of this essay. I think we ARE stupid enough to attack Iran, and face the consequences which will serve us right.
Wait a minute. I don't consider myself a part of this 'us', but ya know what I mean. I personally do NOT want to attack Iran. It's one of the least corrupt governments out there at the moment. From what I see, life there isn't bad, either. It strikes me as being a statistically pretty progressive country. And if you look at the u.s., it's gotten to be as REGRESSIVE as they come. Same with the u.k.. Yeah, and Israel. Vatican City has always been regressive from the start. I mean, come ON! What has the catholic church ever done for anybody?
I don't think burning thousands of people at the stake for what they know or for not kowtowing to oppressive dogma is the way to reduce population, either. Not to mention what they did to Turtle Island.
