Ya know, if you were filthy rich, you could probably set up the ultimate greenhouse farm/chicken ranch in Tristan da Cunha. If ya bring a small herd of pigs too (which I really don't agree should be eaten, but that's just my opinion.), you'll probably be the only immigrant in recent history that is invited to stay.
I'm sure they're quite bored with their tatties, lobsters or whatever else they catch and what their cows provide.
