NOW TELL ME WHY THESE GORGEOUS, WONDERFUL CRITTERS ARE ILLEGAL IN CALIPORNIA??????

I've had nothing but positive encounters.  I used to feed a family, and they'd come right up to me.   In another few months, I could have petted them, but I was told by the apartment manager to stop feeding them.  They terrified a lot of the other tenants.  Idiots.  One also used to come to the kitchen, eat cat food, groom, use the outside litter box (bitch to clean up after her), then some mofo around the corner poisoned her.  She got along with the cats, too.  We gave her space, respect, and she was totally cool with us.  We called her 'Kelly'.  No, she wasn't a pet.  She was a wild animal, and we never encroached on her.

They're like big cats.  Only neater.
