Why call 'em for anything? They're the most useless things on the planet! Worse than useless. They're as much of a liability as a new crotch dropping or credit card. Worse than that, even. At least new crotch droppings and credit cards don't pepper spray squirrels, shoot chihuahuas, comatose cats, horses on the wrong side of the fence, or caged gerbils. Nor do they taze grandmas, quadriplegics in wheel chairs, bedridden grandpas and 6 year olds, or shoot people holding video controllers.
