Well, if Rome hadn't destroyed Carthage, this never would have stopped, huh? According to some of my readings (speculative), Carthaginians could feed their brats to Baal Hamon and or Tanit until age 4, though I'd say crotch droppings are self-aware by age three.
They are so annoying at these ages, though; that I can't argue. Just don't forget to have a recipe book handy before you. . .
