A Dream Community

Ten square miles with ponds, stream and untainted well water.

Trees everywhere, mostly organic fruit, though some oak, willow, birch, spruce, elm and ash groves.

Three stories, plus attic, basement, and sub-basement a thousand feet above sea level on a plateau.

Three room library, seven fireplaces.

Twenty greenhouses for organic veggies of all kind.

Ten square acre plots for various grains.  Rye, wheat, corn. . .

Headquarters:  Wrap around balcony, veranda, rooftop gardens, some extra balconies covered, some not.

Draws and cabinets built into the walls in the kitchen, and everywhere else.

House made of stone with stainless steel beams where they are needed.

Shutters on all the windows.

Ceramic walls, some black, some dark blue, some space pictures, some cherry wood design, some purple, some oak wood design, kitchen white.

Marble floors.

Two turrets.

Chickens, goats, sheep, a few cattle, ducks, geese, swans, coots, pigeons, not for eating.  Eggs, feathers, dairy.  Animals only killed for the sake of euthanasia when they get old and crotchety.  All animals will be treated with utmost respect.  Excess males of some species will be neutered, not killed.

One horse for every two staff members, which live on site either at headquarters or cabins.

Powered by solar and wind.

Fertiliser is compost from veggies, and doo-doo.
