High temps are hit earlier, cooling starts sooner. Looks like we'll have more hot days this year than last, the hottest day was one degree hotter so far, but they heat doesn't last as long. Time will tell.
Lighting inside also seems more subdued, though when I walk out to take my flat mate to the train station when it's not cloudy, we are plastered by the brightness of the morning sun.
