I'm not going to post his comment due to copyright problems which I know nothing of. I adore Mike, but we're not e-mail buds. He doesn't know I exist, and I'm fine with that. Philosopher Tom Braun just finished telling me that I don't exist, so I'm not going to push trying to prove that I do.
