Repeating myself, the only reason one should call on of these disgusting creatures is if you are suicidal, so they will kill you and you don't have to do it.
Which reminds me. Calipornia just legalised assisted suicide, so I guess you can call up 911; ask them to send you a caged gerbil shooter to do you in then and there.
On the other hand, if the kid can't drive anymore due to injuries, it might be two cars off the road.
