I think the same thing happened in Camden, NJ, and during the work slowdown of the caged gerbil shooters in NYC; the murder rate plummeted. We really ought to disband these sadistic, psycho, grandma tazing, crotch dropping beating, quadriplegic pepper spraying, chihuahua shooting, gerbil assassinating, comatose cat slaying, extortion meister piles of doo-doo 100 YEARS AGO!!!!
THEIR ONLY PURPOSE IS TO STEAL FROM YOU, AND KEEP THOSE WHO WANT TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE, DOWN IN THE MOST PAINFUL WAYS POSSIBLE! Probably not. Too inconvenient, huh? Well, a price will be paid. Actually, it's already being paid. . .including by a lot of people who don't deserve it.
But that's OK. Cleanup should start some time in 2018, according to my sources. After the 2017 devastation, provided my sources are correct. I don't think I signed up to see that, though.
