Reminds me of what this household calls 'Sub-Level Seven'. I asked to see it during my NDE. The realm of psychopaths. Yes, they exist on the Otherside. Everyone preys on those weaker then themselves, and it goes on and on and on until they realise they don't have to exist like that.
I didn't stay long. It is NOT a pleasant place, and when I asked to see it; I was asked, "ARE YOU NUTS?" Not in those words, but that is a good paraphrase.
