There is A Place. . .

10 acres minimum
7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms minimum per house for two main families to share, and adopted members of
    estate craftsperson(s)
2 stories, attic, basement mandatory
All homes will be built of stone or brick
4 greenhouses mandatory
Rooftop gardens madatory
2 acres of mixed orchards mandatory
Diverse agriculture mandatory for each household
Static population 1 billion
1 workshop on each property for:
    Cobblers
    Tailors
    Glass workers
    Metal smiths
    Canners
    Carpenters
    Artists
    Writers
    Technicians
    Dairy workers
    Tanners
    Other critical craftspersons
Villages and homes powered by solar, wind, thermal, and hydro
Gun in every house
Shooting lessons for everyone when they're ten
Those working for others work half the year, for 1/4 of the day
Those working for themselves do as much time as they want
Everyone works in their own village
Village population is a maximum of 3000
No monetary economy
Communal barter economy
No animals raised for slaughter
Animal shelters (barns) will be heated in the winter
Animal shelters will be cleaned daily
Food will be stored in sacks, glass, stoneware, barrels, tins and steel only
Want meat, go off the property and kill something
Vegetarianism encouraged, not mandatory
Three surviving crotch dropping limit per individual
Natural drugs legal

There is a place, and it ain't here.  But it's somewhere, it never changes, and it's mine.

Or should I say 'ours'?  For I am not alone in the creative realm.

Though me thinks it would be better for this to be a low Etheric locale, with vegetarianism mandatory, and population static for those who want to play farmer or farm animal. . .when one chooses to leave, another can move in.  A game to partake in for a while, akin to crotch droppings playing house or something.  Gods, what a stupid game that was; looking back on it.  Playing house, that is.
