I equate these stories with the Rachel Corrie pancake thang. Ya just gotta shake your head. At the same time, the morbid humour aspect did make me chuckle. Yes, I know I'm an insensitive prick already. You don't have to tell me.
Yes, I do admire Rachel Corrie. I also know she's all right. She's not here anymore, and what happened to her was decided by her BEFORE she was even born, so. . . She wanted to go out as a martyr for justice, and she did a good job. She will be remembered as a hero on the right side of history for as long as this historical epoch lasts. And I will go out as an arsehole on the right side of history.
