That will happen eventually, but ye gods!  The sooner the better!  I've helped undomesticated animals, too.   Rescued a few pigeons from a lagoon, kept 'em for a couple of days, and I even drove one back across the San Mateo bridge to where I found her.  Another one ended up flying on the roof of a neighbour's house due to getting threatened by a cat, and Hell knows where she ended up, but at least she didn't drown.  Rescued a finch that had glue all over it.  Gave it to some neighbours with a cage who had other birds, and I have no idea if they set it free or made a pet out of it.  And all our cats are from the street.  I also feed some 'time-shares' and ferals.  If a 'coon or possum comes up back, they will be left alone, as long as they don't damage anything.  I get along pretty good with the critters.  Those I love.  I gotta admit I'd sooner take in a sewer rat than a baby person.  In fact, I wouldn't take in a baby person at all!

Anyway, I like rats.  I like snakes, too.  I've had some cool moments with snakes.  We also go out of our way to not hurt the spiders.

I used to work out.  I used to have a better strength-weight ratio than a lot of dudes of male persuasion, but I was only 112 pounds/51 kilos.  Put a housecat against a tiger, the housecat ain't gonna come out of it too well.  Gotta get real.  And when I fought my last battle with the thing I used to be married to, I won the war by picking up one of my swords and threatening him with that, since I couldn't have won otherwise.  He backed down and said no more fights, ever again; not that there were very many.  He kept his word, though I wasn't very nice to him after our first fight.  There was always a degree of hate for him after he instigated it.

Well, I could have killed him when he was off guard by smashing his nose into his brain, or maybe punching him in the throat, but that would have been a bit extreme, not to mention being a legal pain in the butt.  He wasn't much taller than me.

Maybe you ought to do a test.  If your cat won't eat it, neither should you.  They know things that we don't.   Considering I have gone out of my way big time to learn their language, I find they are very intelligent, and wise as far as REAL knowledge goes.  I'm under the impression plants and animals exist on both sides of The Veil.  We used to en masse, but we got dumbed down through the aeons, and the damn church had a lot to do with it.  Of course there are exceptions, and you can fight your way back.   Some get pushed into it via a NDE, big time.  I assume David Wynn Miller who I just posted about is one of them.  Reverend Deloris Lucas, who I met  few times, and whose class I took; was another.  Lucas must have been the most awesome person I ever met.  Her power was remarkable, and I got into altered states being in her presence; in the best way.  Soooooooo at peace.  Both Miller and Lucas gave their lives to the betterment of humanity, and Miller is still at it, still being on this Plane.  Reverend Lucas has moved on, and I look forward to seeing her again.  One of the few individuals who made a really awesomely good impression on me.
