If I had the land, the resources, and still had a vested interest in this vile, disgusting realm, I'd go for it. But I don't, so why bother? I know someone up north who's into this and she did invite me up, but I don't theenk so. It would be a communal thing, I'd work for upkeep, it would be fairly low stress if I don't mind working in subzero weather in the winter, but I'd also have to put up with crotch droppings, and I couldn't even threaten to cook the damn things. NO!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd rather stay here and get nuked in a couple of months or what ever.
