I learned this kinda late, but I do NO Aspartame, and limited MSG. I used to do a lot of that crap. Soy is my issue now, but I don't have pounds of tofu every week. I may buy it once or twice a month. Gave up fast food aeons ago.
I also can't blame being a bit plump on my diet. I'm a bit plump because I eat too much and sit in front of a computer all day.
