This is UK, but it happens in the u.s. too. Google it. I know I read of a case, and I probably posted it, not that I'm going to come back here and say I did after I find it in my backlog cleanup operation that I'm currently doing. (One of the reasons I'm posting so little now. That should change in about a week or so.)
