The Intelligence Of Animals Shown Again

Astonishing pictures of the young gorillas who worked together to dismantle the poachers' trap that killed their friends

Why do people underestimate and exploit them so?  How little they know.

Even cats.  I live with a bunch of them.  A kitten moved in a month ago.  He's wild.  He was a wee dinky thing when we first saw him, who was either abandoned, or his mother got hit by a car.  We can't stop him from coming in since we leave the back door open, and he can climb up the tree to the balcony or sink his claws into the wood of the post.  He runs from me, but he gets along with the other cats quite well.  The youngest (Tachyon) is his favourite, and though Tachyon is a still yet unfixed  male, he seems to be acting as the kitten's (we call him Percy) step-mom.  Percy is going to be hard to socialise, but I know I can do it.  Hopefully we can get someone in our complex to take him, because I'm feeding way too many cats, some which seem to be time-shares.
