I am soooooo glad I never got involved with this. When I was still a young idiot, I took one of their so called 'tests', had an interview, bought a copy of Dianetics, and thought about it here and there, but that was all. The book. . .might as well only read the first 100 pages or so, since it just repeats itself; and it doesn't really make any sense as far as spiritual growth goes.
I say, read everything, and take what you need, leave the rest. Mostly travel inward, and see what you find. Everyone is different with a different mission, different demigods looking out for them (if they acknowledge, and ask), and you'll probably get to where you're going faster without following someone's controlling dogma. Just keep in mind the 'do ye no harm, do as ye will'.
So why am I periodically trying to get people to throw up on my forum?

And scientology is EVIL. It destroys people. I know someone who got into it a bitt deeper than I, and they made 'its' life miserable just before 'it' quit, and they stalked 'it' for a while; making 'its' life miserable.
