Excuse me. Too much British TV in the past, not to mention that most of my e-mail contacts are in the Common Wealth. Well, there is another reason this Yank seems so 'across the pond' in 'er writing, but I can't tell you that. Accent may vary.
Well I AM from across the pond, but again; I'm a Kraut, not a Limey. I came to this Hell Hole from the old Hell Hole when I was 6. I don't have a clue which nation is worse to live in right now.
Well, at least with Germany; the population is going down. I have a feeling it might be in the u.s., too. How many have been killed or are dying from the corexit? How many are committing suicide? How many crotch droppings are gonna be nonviable breeders from all the toxins they're feeding us via monsatan, factory farming, water fluoridation, pharmaceuticals, in addition to the pollution in general?
Then there's the cannon fodder factor.
Well, whatever. The place is still too crowded, so the u.s. obviously ain't killin' us off fast enough. The cdc must really do a better job. But they're in georgia, no?

OK, I spent some time in north carolina; too. So not only do some of my writings have a u.k. inflection, they have a southern redneck quality here and there. Eight months of my life in that horrid state was enough to ruin me for life.
As for why I do not capitalise place names and companies which are proper nouns, I am doing it out of disrespect, thank you. I'm trying to be subversive in every way I can, without getting arrested. I can cause more trouble on the loose, OK? Even if it is only by blogging.
