Gordon Ramsay Eat Your Nostrils Out

6 big Yukon gold tatties sliced kinda thin
3 lbs long piglet thigh (optional)
1 red bell pepper
4 celery stalks
All leaves from one celery bunch
15 big fresh basil leaves
1 bunch green onions
2 big shallots
1 lb. sliced crimini mushrooms
3 lbs. super ripe campari or Roma tomatoes
1 bunch fresh cilantro
3 heads of fresh peeled garlic
3/4 cup cracked wheat
2 cups olive oil
1/2 lb. butter
2 oz. garlic powder
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon dill seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's 21 season Salute

Vegetarian version cooks in about a half hour

Actually, I didn't actually measure the spices.  I cook on instinct. . .like the pinball wizard, ya know?  I just approximated what I put in.
