Feminism is not new. Just ask the Scythians, Picts, other Celts, Spartans, and I read the ancient Egyptian chicks had it pretty good. So did a lot of Turtle Island dwellers of yore. I'm sure there's tons more civilisations, but I haven't researched 'em.
