It's been raining in various parts of the state for days, but this is the first I've seen on the news. In fact it's drizzling locally right now. I can't hear it at the moment, but I did earlier. I went out in it with a couple of the cats. It's so awesome sitting in front of the compooter with a cup of tay, and the rain coming down so that you CAN hear it. It's also very warm. The day and night temperatures aren't going to be too spread out today.
This rain is such a treat for early August, and we may get a little more in a bit.
Then there's this:

Ya know I really do wonder how the Bay Area hasn't gone up in flames yet. What we just got ain't shite. Trace rainfall don't cut it, but my balcony garden liked it.
Ya know, instead of selling out like they intended for the farmers to do, they ought to fight back by donating the land to The Nature Conservancy, or something. If they're gonna b toast anyway, why not give the ones responsible the biggest FUCK OFF they can? Kinda like when I burnt my stock code when I got laid off, as opposed to paying a portion of it to some worthless POS broker, not to mention what I didn't pay in taxes. I would have taken the money if they paid cash, but. . .I didn't really NEED it at the time. Actually, I HAVE everything I NEED.
But it ain't gonna happen. The Nature Conservancy ain't gonna see one acre since everyone is so damn clueless as to why this is happening. SOMEONE WANTS THIS LAND, AND THEY'RE GONNA DO ALL THEY CAN TO GET IT, AND THE GUBMENT IS IN ON IT!
Kinda like the flooding in the Midwest, where toxicity was released to make the place worthless for farming. Who owns that land now? That would take some research for me. Is the land available for fracking now? Some Agenda 21, huh?
We shall see, but it ain't gonna work out the way it was planned. That's a given.
MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!
