Does a place who treats its workers like this deserve to exist? There are other companies with these traits of treating workers like this, though the one my flat mate worked for did pay a bit better. He was at Finelite. The hours were insane, and he got hurt a lot after they implemented a 'no gloves' rule for a while. After my flat mate was taken off the assignment, he sicced OSHA on them, and policies suddenly changed for the better, though it was too late for my flat mate.
