Uh, deflation? Maybe, since no one here is gonna have any money left; but foreigners are buying. The Chinese especially, but will they be able to keep the land, or be eminent domained? It's a possibility, with the thieving u.s. gubment. And you can't really OWN land in the u.s., anyway. You are a lessee to that same gubment. And when the revolution comes, a lot of buildings are gonna burn. There is a possibility that the high priced 'hoods are gonna be targeted. We are getting close to that day. I'm expecting it in less than 6 months, assuming my sources are right.
Oh well. Not my problem.
