We live in an apartment complex. We had no choice, but the only one we use is in the bathroom, and trust me! We don't spend much time in there. We never turn on the CFL's we stocked up on the old ones, and would order NEWCANDESCENT to replace them if our supply were to run out. There are other alternatives. We have a halogen in the kitchen, though after that small supply runs out we are going to Newcandescents.
