I was with them for a few months. I found them inconvenient to deal with so I quit, and the jerk said I had to close account where I opened it. I had to drive 34 miles round trip and pay bridge fare to do it, so maybe he thought I wouldn't. He was WRONG! I got into my car, and went to the branch across the bay, and closed account. This was decades ago. I haven't had a good thing to say about them since. And neither does anyone with a brain cell to their name.
