Look like a great place to start the biggest organic farms in the nation. Orchards, greenhouses, what ever. With all the arson, land is being opened up pretty quick. Plant daturas for a couple of years to clean the soil, don't allow any toxic garbage on the land with fracking included, then you'll have it made. A huge farming community would be paradise for many, if only there were no government. The people can do so well without it. But it's not going to last much longer, is it?!
