3 lbs. blue and Yukon gold tatties thinly sliced
3 heads garlic
2 lbs. spinach
1 lb. crimini 'shrooms
1 cube butter
3/4 cup olive oil
4 tbls. garlic powder
3 tbls. turmeric
1 tbls. hot curry powder
1 tsp. hot paprika
2 tbls. seasoning with out papers (DAT'S ITALIAN, FOO'!)
2 tbls. Trader Joe's 21 Season Salute
1 tsp. coriander
2 tbls. dill
2 tbls. dill seed
1/2 tsp. Cucina Moroccan Seasoning
Throw everything but spinach and and 'shrooms in pot, mix well and cook for 15 minutes.
Throw shrooms in, and cook for another 7 minutes.
Cook spinach separate and add after it's done, mix well.
