If I had unlimited resources, I'd take this kid in, put him in a protected ruralish environment with decent, tolerant, people, meaning a small town with a minimum of bigoted arseholes, give him the best tutors for home schooling, hire the best, kindest nanny for life, and give him opportunities like most couldn't even dream of. He'd NEVER know shoite like he went through here, again.
