A COUPLE OF BOXES OF 'IMAGINE' ORGANIC MISO

Cook a pound of what ever kinda 'shrooms ya want with black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning of whatever looks good via stir fry.  Shiitake or black forest 'shrooms preferred, but we can't afford it.  Stir fry in olive, sesame, coconut or avocado oil.

When 'shrooms are soft, through in 2 packages of Trader Joe's sprouted tofu.  (Each package has 2 containers.  Use all four containers.) 

When all is blended and cooked, add a bunch of fresh cut cilantro, a bunch of fresh cut green onions or chives, 2 containers of the miso, heat on low for 2 minutes.

Add a half cup of sesame oil, tons of sesame seeds, 50 nori sheets of what ever flavour you like, preferably Kim Nori.  I LOVE Trader Joe's wasabi flavour, but that might be a bit much for miso.

Beats anything you can get in a restaurant.
