THE PURPOSE OF THE WU/FORT DETRICK-FLU IS

To gain more gubment control, to eliminate a good (useless) portion of the society, and to restructure that society.  And if the enforcers think they're part of 'THE CLUB', they're gonna be in for a surprise.  After all, in reality they are only TOOLS that are too stupid to realise they are oppressing themselves along with those they are oppressing.  They may also find they are in season when the shoite really hits the fan.
