A restaurant with a conscience! What a concept! Hope they care about the rest of the animals they serve, too. On a plate, that is. Especially the chickens, which are the most abused animals of all. I think I had about 8 ounces of chicken in the past 6 months. Most of that was by accident, though the 4 or 5 pieces on a free pizza was deliberate.
