Though I have known quite a few brilliant blacks and hispanics. I don't think it's race, I think it's upbringing. East Asians value education from a cultural perspective. So do upper and middle class blacks and hispanics. I say the ghetto rats of all colours just shouldn't breed. Problem solved.
