Personal Rant
I had my face rubbed in an analogy that pertains to me, yesterday.
Gods, I am so glad despite being a total bastard I'm still on the right side of history.
The pain is temporary. The escape is eternal.

Dammit, I have GOT to chill! There's no point in getting pissed about anything anymore.
I'm realising things. Grokking things, if only for fleeting seconds. I've experienced things that have been lost for a long, long time. They are there for everyone. . .after they get to where they're going. Though for those on the wrong side of history, it may be a while.
I wrote something down a long, long time ago. Some of the things happened, though kind of backward. There's one more thing that I'm waiting for. For a promise made to me to be fulfilled.
I know it will be, but WHEN????!!!!!! Days, weeks or months? I don't think I have years. After all, nadir is supposed to hit in less than two years, and not only will our resources be toast long before that, I don't think I was stupid enough to sign up to see it.
At least I hope not. If I was, can I change my mind?

The only drug I would use if it were readily available. It's cheaper than getting knocked out of body with Southern Pacific. I've experienced SOME of the symptoms. And I must admit, I can't wait to go back on permanent basis to where I can experience that again forever without being interrupted by my awareness being stuck in this Hell Hole which we are currently in.
But at least I know I have something to look forward to, and the perspective of going BACK to my REAL home. I think that's the purrfect 'tude for the current 'end of era' times.
