Haven't Promoted My E-Book For A While

Needs one more edit run that ain't gonna be done, but you probably won't notice the issues. Using a u.s. spell checker that 'auto-corrects' didn't help me any, and there's one other thing that wasn't discovered until I sent my 20th rewrite to my former publisher who killed his company before he published this after his boyfriend killed himself.
The first eight volumes are an 'autobiography' of Donn Ui'Midir, and Irish psychopomp referred to as a 'death god' by many. Volume nine and ten are collections of the poetry the characters wrote to each other, volumes eleven through fourteen are some damn good short stories regarding when the characters decided to do some 'psychopomp work' after they retired from their full time gigs, and volume fifteen is a very weird pornographic tale that summarises the series in part; and catered to an obscure phantasy that one of the main characters (Thanatos) had a long, long time ago; despite the fact that in the Cosmic Scheme of things, there is no time.
It doesn't cost anything, and it is pretty enthralling after the rather long intro. Those into Irish and Greek mythology will get what I'm talking about right away, though the rest of you may want to do a little research on the characters of Donn and Thanatos. They're kinda obscure, and there's not much information on them; so that shouldn't take too long. It might also help to read 'The Wooing of Etain' first, so you understand what's going on in the intro. Take your pick of links:

I have since retired from my art in all forms, and I'VE HAD IT, SO I AIN'T FIXIN SHOITE! After all, what would I get out of it, but more lost sleep? It's a couple years of work. And my publisher would have been Pat Nelson Childs of the defunct Glynworks Publishing. I'd sign a contract and everything, so it's not sheer garbage.

Well, I can't take the time off, and I can't do it as a dishwasher since I need all the power I can get for the job. I can barely handle it as it is, and I can't afford to lose any physical strength I have left; which is quite sorry for how I was at my prime.

Then there's ayahuasca.

Personal Rant
Equinox of the vernal kind, yesterday. Has another Gate been passed? The news today sure looks like it. So much is falling apart. Too bad it's not happening faster.
It was a very nice night. I got up around 1:00 AM, it was warm outside, and raining. I watched it a little, and had a very nice time through dawn; despite having to do my laundry and a permanently injured cat not making it to the litterbox in time. At least the cat told me about it. Very nice of her, though it was a bitch to clean up since she had the runs.
Sylvia broke her leg, and we don't have the money to get it fixed. She took a two storey drop on concrete during a cat fight, and she didn't land right. She's managing, though; despite being a 'three legged' cat. Well she does have four legs. She just can't use the front right one. She never leaves the complex, so she'll be OK.
It's horrible what happened to her. She's a mostly grey tabbyish long hair, and very beautiful. She's also the most considerate cat I've ever met, and I'm the only one who can pet her. She was taken in as a feral kitten, and never took to being domesticated. She's as wild as ever, and I'm the only one she trusts. Again, given the proper time, surroundings, and materials; I can bond with any animal that hasn't been psychologically damaged by people.
Now, back to 'The Waiting Room'.

Two loads of laundry at 6:00 AM, shop, fuel up the car, visit credit union, go to another store for some cheap criticals.
Some day off. And the flat is a mess, not that I'm cleaning that. I only do that when I have three days off, and that's gonna be a while. I mean, why should I make myself miserable when I don't have to? I either work at a job, or I'm household knave. Not both. Those who expect me to (,which is no one that I know of;) can go to HELL!!!!
I'm having a lot of fun with the political research, though. The current era is falling apart so fast, I can almost smell the absolute end of it. I can't wait for that, since I'm gonna be spending the next 50 days in HELL to keep on keepin' on until my contract is up; which is hopefully in less than five months, but we shall see. Not my decision at this point. Never was, after I got here. All that was decided by me BEFORE I got here.

Sittin' at da compooter at 5:30 in the mornin'. Been here since a wee after three. Rain's pourin' loike crazy, and me thinks I'll cut it with the dialect, 'cept fer my cuss words.
Hours have just been cut on my dishwasher job, but I don't think I can complain. The business has dropped, the Hell starts later, and I have less stress time wise, but it's still ballistic the last half of the shift where I'm on dish duty. My other job will cover me for a while, and when that seasonal gig is over, hopefully my nosey-poo will be employed.
Wish I could turn the hot shower on, and stand nekkid on the balcony in the cold rain fer a few, but that's a no-no around here. It's not like I'm in Northern Europe in one of the remnants of Saxony/Vikings, or what have you. People have been fecked over by the Puritans in the worst possible way in the states.

Cabbage and rice fer brekkie. Havin' a bit much of that, and am on the verge of getting sick of it. It's a fringe benefit of where I work. Leftovers to leave me nutritionally deficient as feck, but hopefully that ends soon. Most other thing is boiled iceberg lettuce with the rice, so. . . I think I like the lettuce better than the cabbage, though it's more nutritionally devoid; but hey! They cook it with garlic and stuff, so. . . Though there are very rare occasions where they cook the cabbage in a soy sauce that almost tastes like Tamari, and I'll eat that until I turn green. Too bad it hardly ever is served like that.
Oh well.
Still waiting eagerly for the shoite to hit da fan!
