Buying this place was a huge mistake, but I hope he keeps it. We've had some real crappy landlords. The first one we had was also cool. Never raised the rent, and his daughter; who was managing the place was something else. Super intelligent, and absolutely gorgeous. Then we had two sales, and now we have another good landlord who only charges 3/4 average rent, and we don't want to lose him.
Between the thieving governments and the coming population crash, land is not a good investment unless you just want your own little piece to farm out in the middle of nowhere if you survive the immediate mess that's coming.

Personal Rant
Just got blown away. Looked up a part of my past, and made peace with it. Not all of it. Just part of it.
Well, maybe all of it. Time to sweep it under the rug and relegate it to oblivion.
This here ghost is gonna stay dead. Any touch and go with what was would be a liability to everyone.
In a way I'm laughing. I know about everyone, but no one knows about me. No one knows how to look me up. No one knows what I've done. I could be dead for all anyone knows. And that's how it's gonna STAY!
Well, there is something that I can't lay to rest. On the other hand, who is really to blame? Everyone in the game! But that's why everything is what it is. That's why I've done all I've done.
Thanks Leo, Sean, Ginger, Will, Jim, Durante, Don, and all the rest who helped inspire me to become all I was, even if I refused to give it my all and quit on my most important project of all. . .which I don't think is worth the effort for this disgusting HELL HOLE FULL OF MORTAL FLOTSAM GARBAGE!
But I still have a statistically impressive resume. Even though it only deserves a B+ or an A-.
I'm happy with it. And I only have three real regrets in my life that I wish I could do over.

It was nice with heavy rain coming down earlier. Too bad I couldn't look at it from where I sit. The window is foiled, and I can't open it due to all the electronics in this room, with the wind shooting the rain in my direction past the wide eaves.
Did a Pagan ritual asking the universe for help on the Equinox. I shall see. Strange things have been happening. Blessings in disguise. Weird coincidences.
The waiting for something big is driving me nuts. Is what anyone says true, or stupid hopium? Hopium is all it's been.
39 days to the next 'Gate'. The Gate of the Dreamscape. What does it mean?
Less than 6 months to the next 'Gate', which I'm not sure I'll even see. Will we be rescued again? And if so, why? What's left for me personally? Other than the slavery that is mandatory if you exist in this realm.

Just an ingredient list.
10 roma tomatoes, diced
9 white, purple, orange sliced carrots (Boil these first, add to the rest later.)
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
4 medium shallots, sliced
4 Barbecue onions, sliced
1 handful Fresh cilantro
Tons of fresh dill (I used 2 Trader Joe's organic packages)
Tons of fresh garlic (I uses 2 heads, but if I'd had more I would have used more.)
A ripe, sweet red bell pepper
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Paprika
GEL Garlic Mate
21 Season Salute (Trader Joe's)
Coriandar seeds
Tons of dill seeds
Cucina Provence Seasoning herbs (Easy on that, due to the salt. I use very little salt, if I use it at all.)
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Merlot
3 cups water that I boiled the carrots in earlier
I nuked it for 50 minutes, but it's better, and more nutritious in a pot.

Personal Rant
I was just looking at the u.s. temperature map. It's winter. New Jersey is warmer than Arizona. NJ is at 72°, AZ has temps listed between 34° and 61°, Fahrenheit, of course. It is 7:37 Ante Meridian, on March 10, of 2016.
I'm gonna get wet tonight. Oh well.
Weird things continue to happen as the status quo falls apart. Also been having to deal with HELL as far as this new used compooter goes, and what happened a few days ago was uber off the wall. We lost the phone line for a few days, but the internet was still connected; though it kept cutting out here and there. Glad my flat mate is something of a compooter technician, and I think he solved the problem with the compooter, but AT & T was needed for the phone line. My nosey-poo is a very good indy sound engineer who seems to be doing more stuff for nothing than for pay, but hey. Gods, has he even made $1000 bucks during his whole career? All his stuff was done by him. And having his own record label don't mean shoite as far as economics go. In fact it's cost us, and never made a cent.
Oh, wait a minute. I lied. S.N.O.T. (Strictly Nosehairs On Tap) made 29 cents on Distrokid over the course of a couple of years. Why pay if you can get it for free, huh?

They're just getting started, you'll never hear 'em on the radio, but if you're into progressive, weird, spacey sometimes, experimental, and King Crimson you might like 'em.

If I had chickens, I wouldn't kill the males. They would just be encouraged to go 'feral'. They'd be marginally subsidised, and their feathers would be used for art and accessories during molting season. I used to make hair ties, wall decorations, belt loop drapings, etc. . . My stuff was pretty impressive and beautiful. I used duck feathers, goose feathers, and if I found a hawk feather, that would specifically go tto someone with First Nations blood. I gave them all away, though one I asked the lady to make a donation of choice to a First Nations charity. She sent 'em five bucks.
For the umpteenth time, I'm glad I no longer eat chickens. Though I can't say I've given eggs up, I haven't bought any since the chicken flu started. Despite never formerly declaring I'll never buy another egg, it might go that way. On the other hand, I know some people with backyard chickens three blocks away, and I could ask if I could buy theirs next time I see one of them; but I probably won't.
