Personal Rant

I should be ecstatic now.  I'm sitting in front of the Mac, having a cup of delicious Pu-Erh tay with cream, and it's raining after a nasty heat wave.

Instead, I am annoyed that I'm still waiting for what is to come, and there are still no answers to my most pressing questions.   My fuse is also shorter than a nanometre, and I'm wondering if it's me, EMFs, or Wave X?  Wow!  Am I one of those that's supposed to lose it despite of what I know?

Almost makes me wonder if I can stay out of trouble for the next four months, if I even last that long.

Wish I could eliminate all human contact for that time, but that's not realistic.  I have a work gig coming up, and oh wonderful!  I've got the most stress-out position in the company.

I have absolutely no reason to be as reactive and short fused right now.  It makes me wonder.  However, I'm determined not to act on it, other than a few yelling fits, which seem to simply happen.

Ya know what pisses me off?  When I was a wee Cabbage-ling in the land of the Cabbage People (GERMANY!  KRAUT MEANS CABBAGE!), I started out with e vegetarian preference.  I mean, with the animal products they eat over there, who can blame anyone?  Internal organs or Vienna sausages, huh?  I hated fish when I was a wee 'food product'.  The first hamburger I got after I was shipped to the u.s., I had a hard time getting down.  I thought is was gross.

So I was basically forced to become a meat eater, then slowly 'detoxed, and it took me until now to totally get off the animal flesh diet again.

I do miss tikka masala chicken, but not enough to keep promoting the bird that I rather like alive.  They're nice, and they can be quite entertaining to watch.  And if you treat them like pets, they're quite affectionate.

I guess I'm collectin' my dues.  I have been for 7 years.  I've been given something rare in this culture if you want a decent life.  Time, and me thinks I used it well.  Not that I had a choice.
