Not Much Time Left
I can't see seeing December of this year. But knowing what I know, GOOD!
Oh, I could be around. I could take off for Washington right now, and with the low snow; I might not even have to drive to the Mojave to get there. I could be a farm slave in a semi-off grid WWOOFy type set up, and I'd have a very nice 'owner' with awesome fringe benefits; but I really don't feel like it. And I couldn't take the cats, though my girlfriend could place them, even if it's at the local no-kill shelter. It would be so hard on them, though. Animals are soooooo much like us. I think it might be harder on them than a theoretical crotch dropping. We would also leave said girlfriend with a lot of stuff she could sell.
I don't THEENK so. It's less inconvenient and more fun to just get killed here. At least I wouldn't have to get up at 6:00 AM in subzero weather to feed the chickens, or whatever.
Man, that reminds me! I gotta go and check a certain retired blog for some information.

I think Africa deserves way more respect than it gets. The chicks who collect and hand process the nuts are AWESOME! And when you talk to a native African, you are probably gonna have one of the heaviest intellectually philosophical conversations of your life. So it has been with us. We had neighbours from Nigeria when we live in San Jose, and the matriarch came over occasionally for tea and talk. And the household crotch droppings were well behaved, though there were quite a few of them. Hope they're doing OK, but Missy was pretty old and has probably gone on to the next realm.

The Way My Life Is Set Up Right Now. . .
Is where I am only OBLIGATED to do something about an hour a day 3 or 4 days a week is the norm. The rest is discretionary time. The other days, there's shopping, laundry, clean the flat, cook something when I feel like it, and take my flat mate on his errands. When I'm not on a work gig, that is.
The other days I just take care of the cats, the plants, and clean up after myself. Oh, and take flat mate to the train station, but that's nothing. Such is life with no crotch droppings. Those chained down with their overpriced, vaccinated, wi-fied, cell phoned, chemtrailed, artificially coloured, artificially flavoured, MSGed, Aspartamed, titanium dioxinated damaged goods can dream.
Oh, and before I forget. . .NEENER-NEENER!
As I walk closer toward the abyss. After all, I am a dilettante Castaneda student.

I was told by one there was no point to antagonising the human race simply for the sake of antagonising the human race, though not in those words. (As if I'll stop.) But was there a subtle admission that it was not always so for the speaker of these sage words? When he was much younger?
